On a beautiful sunny day in September we had the great privilege of photographing Eric & Cindy's destination wedding in the Monterey area. Anyone that's ever been to this area knows it can be hit or miss when it comes to sunny days in Monterey. Everyone was super thankful for that fact. Eric and Cindy could have picked any beach in the Los Angeles area where they are from but it is easy to see why they chose The Sanctuary Beach Resort. The pristine views from the bluff overlooking the ocean speak for themselves. Weddings can be super stressful so it helps to have someone like Hana, the resort wedding coordinator, to help the day run smoothly. The reception was on the property at Kula Ranch Island Steakhouse. Friends and family enjoyed the delicious food, including the cake which looked exactly like a photo album with pictures of Eric and Cindy printed on the cake. Chapsticks and matchbooks made great useful favors.
