Scottlin & Sherri's Monterey Wedding

Scottlin & Sherri wanted their wedding to be intimate, meaningful, and romantic…..a small ceremony that really captures the love they have for each other. They were able to achieve this with their beautiful beach elopement. Sherri wore a radiant goddess inspired gown with an empire waist while Scottlin wore a champagne hued tux. Bouquet featured unique flowers in gorgeous fall colors. Their ceremony took place in the late afternoon with beautiful "golden-hour" light followed by photos until sunset.

Josh and Ashley's Knights Ferry After-Shoot / Trash the Dress

Nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range, Knights Ferry was an important mining town during the gold rush. It is home to the longest covered bridge west of the Mississippi. The town's ruins and the Stanislaus River provided the perfect backdrop for Josh and Ashley's wedding after-shoot photography session.

Josh and Ashley's Turlock Wedding

Downtown Turlock is transforming into the Central Valley’s preferred wedding destination. This proved true for Josh and Ashley's wedding. Their wedding and reception took place in the heart of downtown Turlock, directly across the street from Turlock City Hall, at a wonderful brick building called On Broadway With Two Guys. Guests sat at their dinner tables during the ceremony, for this outdoor wedding. Ashley chose a beautiful mix of bright colorful flowers for the bouquets and table arrangements. A rainbow of petals lined the isle and were sprinkled on tables with tea lights to complete the romantic look.

Robert and Arielle's Turlock Wedding

Robert and Arielle's special day is a great example of why rain doesn’t ruin your wedding. We used umbrellas for a fun photo prop and then the sky cleared to reveal a beautiful blue! The sweeping views of the golf course at Turlock Country Club provided the perfect backdrop. Later, guests enjoyed an elegant dinner in the clubhouse. Close family and friends filled the day with love, laughter and fun and this made Robert and Arielle's wedding truly memorable.

Chris and Ashley's Bay Area Wedding

Chris and Ashley were married at Sunol Valley Golf Club. Rolling fairways and swaying palms provided a serene backdrop for their ceremony. Many unique personal touches made this a beautiful and memorable day. Ashley and her flower girl wore cowboy boots while Chris and his men wore brown skate shoes to match their brown suits. Will & Maura's Los Angeles Wedding

Will and Maura's intimate, mid September, ceremony took place at St. Monica Catholic Church, just blocks from the newlyweds apartment in Santa Monica, Ca. Maura always knew that she wanted her wedding reception to take place at the Ritz Carlton in Marina del Rey and it was easy to see why. Guests enjoyed exquisite appetizers while overlooking amazing views of the marina. They used the softest shades of cream and champagne with touches of pink and lots of candlelight to complete the luminous look. Every detail was created to make their guests feel welcomed and loved. One unique touch was placing the logos of their home town baseball teams on the cake. The bride and groom were serenaded by acoustic guitars as they shared their first dance as husband and wife.

Bill & Barbara's Ceres Wedding

Happy 1 year anniversary Bill and Barbara!

In the heart of the Central Valley sits a historic Victorian Mansion which created the perfect backdrop for Barbara and Bill's beautiful fall wedding. Bridesmaids wore yellow tea length dresses and carried bouquets featuring deep, fall-appropriate hues. Staying consistent with the fall season, Instead of a guest book, family and friends were asked to sign paper leafs that were then attached to branches in a vase. During reception the newlyweds passed out wine stoppers, with a leaf top, as thank you gifts. The wine stopper was a great idea considering that the Whitmore Mansion has a wine cellar and every reception table was decorated with a couple of bottles. Wine was not the only thing atop the tables that afternoon, richly hued arrangements with lots of interesting texture made perfect centerpieces. Barbara and Bill's monogram was also used throughout the event. It was placed on the table number cards, toasting flutes, cake, and cake serving set. The cake also had a unique topper which depicted a bride with a fishing pole reeling in her groom. This memorable wedding was overflowing with eye-catching details and it truly captured the celebration of this couples love for each other.

Chris and Joann's Central Valley Wedding

Chris and Joann were married August 2010. They traveled to Newman, Ca. for their wedding, to be married in the same church as Joann's parents were married, 20 years earlier. After the ceremony, they visited the elementary school where they met, in the 3rd grade. They walked the halls together, talking about their activities at school. Then Chris pushed Joann on the swings. Joann says "I use to make him push me on the swings everyday". At their reception, their toasting flutes said "Today I Marry My Best Friend" and it was easy to tell that that was true.

David and Najat's Diablo Grande Wedding

David and Najat were married this July at Diablo Grande Golf Course in Patterson, Ca. All who attended this multi-cultural wedding rode in a caravan of golf carts to the 4th hole, where the ceremony took place. The happy couple were wed in the evening, just before dark, with a beautiful pond and large oak tree as the backdrop. The newlyweds rode to the reception at their home, by way of golf cart. It was the perfect romantic setting; with flowers and candles floating in the pool.

Mike & Sarah's Lake Tahoe Wedding

Mike and Sarah got married at Heavenly Ski Resort in Lake Tahoe (June 2010). Everyone who attended rode the tram up to the top of the mountain. The ceremony took place outdoors over-looking Lake Tahoe. Bridesmaids wore purple dresses. Groom and groomsmen wore black suit pants, white shirts, and blue ties. No Jackets were worn. Instead of cake, Mike & Sarah had delicious wedding pies. There was also a cupcake for them to feed each other. Tables were decorated with pine-cones and birdhouses that Mike & Sarah painted. Another unique feature of their special day was having a friend sing them a song, accompanied by a 2nd friend on guitar, while the newlyweds did a slow dance. It was such a special, beautiful day!
